At TLC, we provide outstanding educational programs in a warm, nurturing environment.  Each member of the TLC staff is thoroughly oriented and trained in this approach to child development.  Prior to hiring, we conduct background checks, as well as drug screening, on each potential member of the staff.  Continuing child care education is a requirement for all staff members.  We strongly encourage all our employees to complete their degrees if they have not already done so.

First aid and CPR training are mandatory for all of our employees at TLC.

TLC Faculty

The faculty is the heart of any educational institution. At TLC, our faculty, from degreed lead teachers to teachers aides, has been carefully selected and trained to provide the most extraordinary educational programs and child care possible. We recruit and hire caring and nurturing people who have an earnest, sincere interest in every child and their family. We require all faculty members to receive at least 20 hours of continuing child care education. In addition, we strongly encourage regular participation in workshops and seminars.
