Your active two and a half year old is full of curiosity and eager to explore while trying new things. As they do this, they are learning to master their bodies by walking, running, stooping, climbing, throwing and jumping. This is a time when make-believe play and using toys to practice skills will consume most of their time and energy. They are becoming increasingly independent and self-reliant. At TLC, we understand that two and a half year olds are eager to express their feelings and we encourage them to discuss their ideas, opinions and experiences and show pride in their accomplishments.
